The Secretary Presidential Affairs / Search Committee invites applications for the position of Vice Chancellor, University of Poonch, Rawalakot. Applicants must hold a PhD from an HEC-recognized university, have at least 20 years of teaching/research/administration experience with a minimum of five years as a full professor or equivalent, demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., Chairman/Principal/Director/Dean), and must be no more than 65 years of age on the closing date.
Completed applications, research publications and the prescribed application form (available at https://upr.edu.pk/downloads/vice-chancellor-advertisement) must reach the office of the Secretary Presidential Affairs/Secretary Search Committee, President's Block, Kashmir House, Sector F-5/2, Islamabad by 2026-08-03 before the close of office hours. Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
