Municipal Committee Gujar Khan Tender Notice for Construction & Renovation Works (2026)

Municipal Committee, Gujar Khan invites item-rate tenders on E-procurement as per PPRA rules for the listed schemes (TS rates per MRS 2nd Biannual 2026). Bid documents are available on the E-procurement and PPRA websites. Printed bid documents can be purchased from the MO(H) branch after paying a printing fee of Rs. 5,000 for reading and uploading on E-procurement.

Submission & opening: Bid documents must be submitted on E-procurement from the date of publication until 2026-10-05. All received bids will be opened on the same date at 1:30 PM in the office of Municipal Committee Gujar Khan in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.

Key instructions and eligibility:

• Bid security/ CDR: 5% of estimated cost. In case the quoted rates (lowest bidder) are less than 80% of the estimated cost, the lowest bidder will be bound to deposit additional performance security from 5% to 10% (including CDR) at the time of tendering.
• Valid PEC license required in category C-6 or above.
• Certificate of registration with active income tax and active sales tax under relevant authority.
• Submission of undertaking on legal stamp and attested stamp paper that the firm is not blacklisted.
• All bids must be uploaded on E-procurement before the submission deadline; Municipal Committee Gujar Khan will not be responsible for any E-procurement technical issues of the bidder.
• Acceptance letter is issued to successful contractor, who must make agreement on stamp paper and follow rules for issuance of work order. Procuring Authority may reject any or all bids under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
