NAVTTC Expression of Interest 2026 — Pre-Qualification for Training Service Providers (Apply by 2026-10-02)

National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from technically competent and financially sound public and private Technical & Vocational Training Institutes, universities, small and medium enterprises, and other entities to deliver specialized training programs under the Prime Minister’s Youth Skill Development Program (PMYSDP). Programs must lead to internationally recognized certifications.

Eligible partners / key notes: Public and private TVET institutes, universities, SMEs and other entities with required infrastructure. Institutes must meet NAVTTC's prescribed infrastructure and facilities for the notified qualifications. Each institute may apply for one sector only; if applying for more than one, it must possess relevant infrastructure for each sector. Only NAVTTC-registered institutes will be entertained. No joint ventures (JVs) allowed. Institutes affiliated/accredited with international bodies will be preferred. Provision of biometric machines & CCTV with IP links is mandatory. NAVTTC may involve internal/third-party resources in the pre-qualification process.
