Issuer: Pakistan Institute of Development Economics (PIDE), Islamabad. PIDE invites bids/RFPs through EPADS 2.0 from eligible, experienced and reputable bidders registered on EPADS 2.0 and registered with National Tax Number (NTN) and sales tax department.

Submission method: Electronic submission only via EPADS 2.0 (manual submissions will not be entertained). Firms/consultants not yet registered on the new EPADS 2.0 must register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Tender documents and notification copy are also available on the procuring agency's website and PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk). Proceedings are governed by Public Procurement Rules, 2004; Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement.
