Military Estates Officer, Lahore Circle issues a public notice regarding mutation of leasehold rights in respect of a co-leased property following the death of Mrs. Hasina Sabir (W/o Syed Sabir Hussain).
Deceased: Mrs. Hasina Sabir (W/o Syed Sabir Hussain). Date of death: 2020-12-31. Court judgement / decree dated 2026-07-27 and affidavit dated 2026-08-01 establish the legal heirs. Anyone having objection to the proposed inheritance distribution must submit objections to the undersigned within 15 days from the publication of this notice; failing which mutation of leasehold rights for the entire 77.78% share will be made in favour of the listed legal heirs and no claims will be accepted thereafter.
