Beneficial owners holding shares in CDC/central depository accounts who wish to attend the meeting should provide participant ID and account number and furnish attested copies of their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) or valid passport as required. Representatives of corporate members should bring the relevant board/resolution or power of attorney as proof of authority.
