Trademark Warning Notice — "TIGER DRY FRUITS" (Pentagon Foods Supply)

Issuer: Abdullah Nizamani, Barrister-at-Law, Advocate High Court, acting for M/s Pentagon Foods Supply (Client), a business engaged in procurement, processing, packaging, marketing, sale, supply, trading and import of dry fruits and seeds.

Notice: The Client is the registered owner of the trademark "TIGER DRY FRUITS" in relation to dry fruits and seeds in Pakistan. The Client has observed unauthorized, unlawful use of this registered trademark by third parties, causing loss of business, damage to reputation and consumer confusion.

Demand: All persons and businesses in Pakistan or abroad who are processing, supplying, selling, importing or otherwise using the aforementioned trademark without the Client’s license or authority are required to immediately and voluntarily discontinue such unauthorized use of the trademark in relation to dry fruits and seeds.

Consequences: Failure to comply will result in the Client initiating legal action, including civil and criminal proceedings, to enforce exclusive rights. The Client will also seek compensation, damages and confiscation/seizure of infringing dry fruits and seeds sold in local markets or imported into Pakistan.
