EOI: Fuel Station Operation Opportunity — DHA Phase-V, Islamabad-Rawalpindi

Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Islamabad-Rawalpindi invites Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to submit Expressions of Interest to operate an existing, fully developed fuel station facility at a prime location in DHA Phase-V. Key financial terms: monthly reserved rent Rs 4 million and an upfront land utilization payment of Rs 400 million as per DHA's terms and conditions. The facility is available only as an operating site and the EOI is exclusively for OMCs.

Interested OMCs must submit company profile, relevant experience in operating fuel stations, evidence of financial capability and any proposed concept.
