GIK Institute Prequalification for Suppliers of Fresh & Dry Food Items (Tender# GIKIPD/FCD-1136/26)

The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIK Institute), Topi, invites sealed applications for prequalification of suppliers for Fresh Items (fresh fruits, vegetables, beef & mutton) and Dry Items (spices, pulses, rice, grains, sugar, salt and other dry grocery/ration items). Applicants must be registered with relevant tax authorities with valid NTN and GST and have at least five years of relevant supply experience. Suppliers may apply for one or both categories; submit separate applications in separately sealed and clearly marked envelopes for each category.

Prequalification documents are available from the office of the Assistant Director Procurement (09:00–17:00) or may be downloaded from www.giki.edu.pk. A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 2,000 is required. Sealed applications must reach the Assistant Director Procurement by 15:00 on 29 July 2026; proposals will be opened at 15:30 the same day. Initial contract period is one year, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
