Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD) invites e-bids for hiring the services of technical staff for Tower-C, Old P&D Building site at the Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore. The procurement will follow Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules. Eligible bidders include firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order service providers/JVs engaged in provision of technical services and registered with relevant registration and tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax, etc.).
Key submission and eligibility notes: bidders must upload bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS). All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security (fixed amount shown below) in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order; late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
