E-Tender Notice — Construction of Police Posts in Darra Ghazi Khan (Buildings Division Taunsa)

Buildings Division Taunsa invites e-tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System for construction works under ADP for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible firms/contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and having a valid PEC license for FY 2026-27 may participate after obtaining bidding documents from the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically; manual/physical bids will not be accepted. A 5% bid security is required and must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. How to apply and key conditions:

- Submit bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bidding documents and e-submission instructions are available on the portal.

- Firms must be registered with PEC for the relevant category and valid for FY 2026-27. Only contractors/firmsthat are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and meet other e-procurement conditions shall be considered.

- 5% bid security to be submitted electronically through the e-Procurement System. Manual deposit of bid security will not be accepted.

- Contractors shall quote rates on an item-rate basis as per BOQ downloaded from the e-Procurement portal. Rates quoted after the specified submission time or in any other manner than prescribed will not be accepted.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bid(s) or cancel the tender process as per rules.
