E‑Tender Notice – Buildings Division Muzaffargarh: DPDO Residence & Multiple Police Posts (ADP 2026‑27)

Buildings Division Muzaffargarh invites e-tenders from eligible contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and pre-registered on the Punjab e‑Procurement (eProc) system for the 2026‑27 ADP schemes listed below. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e‑procurement portal (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Photocopy of valid PEC license and required e‑procurement registration/documentation must be provided as per instructions on the portal.

Key instructions and conditions:

• Performance Guarantee: As per PPRA Rule (Clause‑56), the lowest evaluated bidder shall submit performance guarantee (as specified) within 15 days of issuance of letter of award.
• Earnest money amounts (5% shown in table) must be submitted as required in the e‑procurement process.
• All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e‑Procurement System only. Manual/physical bids or late submissions will not be accepted.
• Bidders must quote item rates online against BOQ items. Rates quoted online will be downloaded and announced on the stated date in the presence of participating representatives.
• Bids will be opened on the portal in the presence of bidders/representatives as per schedule. Contractors must follow additional terms and conditions published on the eProc website and in the tender documents.

Submission / opening schedule (deadline): Bids must be uploaded on the Punjab e‑Procurement System by 2026-09-30 before 12:00 PM. Online opening will be held the same day at 12:30 PM.
