FIA Lahore Tender: Outsourcing Class‑IV Staff (Dispatch Rider, Naib Qasid, Frash, Cook, Chowkidar) — bids due 23 Sep 2026

Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Zonal Office Lahore (1‑Temple Road, Regal Chowk) invites electronic bids under Tender Notice No. 01/2026-27 dated 10.09.2026 for outsourcing services of Class‑IV staff (non‑consultancy) for FIA Zonal Office Lahore. The contract is for a period of one year from the date of commencement.

Key details:

Submission and bid security:

- Electronic bids must be submitted only through EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ and www.eprocure.gov.pk). Manual submissions are not allowed.

- Deadline for submission: 2026-09-23 by 11:30 AM (bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the Conference Room, FIA Zonal Office Lahore via EPADS).

- Each bid must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the quoted price in the shape of a Bank Draft / Pay Order in favour of "FIA Lahore Zone, Lahore" (refundable). The Pay Order / Demand Draft must be submitted by hand to the office in a sealed envelope before bid opening.

Other conditions:

- Bidders must be registered with provincial/federal government departments and with relevant tax authorities (FBR & PRA) as active taxpayers.

- Bidders must adhere to the minimum wage rates notified by the Labour & Human Resource Department and include all applicable duties, taxes and charges in Pakistani Rupees.

- Quoted rates will be applicable for one year from the date of commencement. Income Tax/Withholding Tax, PRA & Sales Tax (if applicable) will be deducted as per law.

- Payments will be made as per available/released budget through AGPR, Sub Office Lahore.

- The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) notification is available on EPADS.
