Issuer: National Highway Authority (NHA), Ministry of Communications — General Manager (Maintenance) Punjab‑South, NHA Complex, Nag Shah Chowk, Multan.
Purpose: Re-invitation to electronic bids (e-bids) for 20 routine maintenance contracts (6 on N-5 and 14 on N-55). Eligible contractors must be registered with the Income Tax Department, appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List, and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration Category C-5 or above with specialization code CE-01 & CE-10.
Method of procurement: Single Stage – Two Envelopes. Bidding documents and detailed terms are available free for download from the NHA e‑bidding portal (www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk) from 2026-09-10. Bidders must submit e-bids through the NHA e-bidding system. Technical e-bids must reach the address below on or before 2026-09-22 by 11:30 Hours. Technical e-bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 Hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial e-bids of qualified bidders will be opened in sequence; restrictions apply on the number of RM contracts a single firm may be declared lowest evaluated bidder for in FY 2026-27.
Important notes: Firms should be registered with EPDAS/PPRA (www.epprocure.gov.pk). Manual (hard‑copy) bids will be eliminated in upcoming procurements. For updates/clarifications use the NHA e-bidding website.
