Participation and proxies: A member entitled to attend and vote may appoint another member as proxy. Proxy instruments and required documents (including attested copies of CNIC or valid passport for individuals) must be lodged as required by the Company. Corporate members should provide the Board resolution or power of attorney authorising the representative. Holders of shares through CDC should follow CDC’s prescribed guidelines for attending and voting.
