Punjab Healthcare Commission Tender: Procurement of Security Services (Tender No. 3/2026-27)

Issuer: Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC). Procurement of Security Services through a framework contract for PHC Head Office (Lahore) and Regional Offices (Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sargodha) and any new offices established during the contract period.

Eligible bidders: Service providers/companies dealing in provision of security services, registered with relevant registration and tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax or Punjab Sales Tax etc.) and licensed by the home department.

Submission method: Online only via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security must be submitted/transferred online against PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System as per PPRA directions. Late bids will not be accepted.

Bid opening: Bids will be opened online on the same day via the Punjab e-Procurement System; bidders' representatives may attend.

Document availability & queries: Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Punjab Healthcare Commission from 2026-09-06 to 2026-09-21, 09:00–17:00 hours. Bidding documents are immediately available after publication and can be downloaded from the PHC website (www.phc.org.pk), the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Punjab e-Procurement portal (http://epp.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTenders.aspx).

Other conditions: Bid validity 120 days. In case of an official holiday on submission day, the next working day will be treated as closing date. The Punjab Healthcare Commission will not be responsible for any cost incurred by bidders in the preparation or delivery of bids.
