AJK BISE Mirpur Tender for Stationery, Printing Supplies & Consumables — Bid Closing 2026-09-22

Issuer: Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (AJK BISE), Mirpur. Procurement method: Single Stage – Single Envelope (Technical and Financial proposals submitted simultaneously) under Public Procurement Rules, 2017.

Purpose: Supply of various items/services under a single procurement process. Sealed bids must be submitted prior to the deadline and will be opened in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted before 11:30 AM on 2026-09-22. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM.

Document purchase: Interested firms may obtain bidding documents (complete set or separate lot set) by submitting a written application to the Secretary, AJK BISE, along with payment of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) for each set. Payment modes accepted: AJK BISE Online Challan, 1Bill Invoice, other bank mobile apps, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Mobile App / HBL Konnect in favor of Secretary, AJK BISE.

Bid security: Bidders are required to submit a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of the respective amount issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Mirpur. The CDR must be valid for a minimum of 120 days from the bid opening date.

Additional conditions: Detailed specifications, terms and conditions are in the bidding documents. No tender documents will be issued on the date of opening. Blacklisted firms will not be considered; an affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any Government Ministry/Division/Department/Organization is mandatory.
