Tender: Framework Contract for Stationery, Computer & Store Items — District & Sessions Judge, Okara (2026-27)

Office of the District & Sessions Judge, Okara invites e-bids for a framework contract for supply of stationery, computer stationery, store items and other items for the fiscal year 2026-2027 from experienced firms, companies and general order suppliers registered on the Punjab e-procurement portal with active FBR and GST status.

Important details:

- Tender documents (in English) are available free of cost and may be downloaded from the Punjab e-PADS portal (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk), PPRA (http://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Procuring Agency website (http://www.okara.dc.lhc.gov.pk).

- Submission method: All e-bids (technical & financial) must be submitted electronically only through http://ep.punjab.gov.pk.

- Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted by 2026-09-17 at 10:00 AM. Bid opening: 2026-09-17 at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.

- Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost for each lot, submitted through the prescribed online banking channel in favour of "District & Sessions Judge, Okara".

- Performance guarantee: On acceptance of letter of intent, successful bidder(s) shall deposit 10% of the total contract price/work order as Performance Guarantee through the prescribed online banking channel in favour of "District & Sessions Judge, Okara".

- Validity: Bids shall remain valid until 2027-06-30.

- Bidders may quote for any lot(s); quoting all items and advertised quantities within a lot is mandatory when bidding that lot. The technically responsive bidder quoting the lowest lot-wise price may be awarded the contract.

- In case of an official holiday on the day of submission, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
