DHA Gujranwala EOI: Pre-qualification of Contractors for Infrastructure & Street Lighting

Issuer: Director Design & Contract, Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Gujranwala.

Purpose: Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification of reputed firms/contractors for multiple infrastructure and related works in DHA Gujranwala.

Works (scope):

Eligibility (key criteria):

• Active PEC registration in relevant category: CB/CA for Projects 1–2; C3/C2 or above for Projects 3–4.
• Adequate construction experience in relevant field (similar projects).
• At least 5 completed projects of similar nature in the last 5 years.
• Active NTN & GST registration; not blacklisted by government/semi-government departments.

Document requirements (to accompany EOI):

• Company profile and organization chart.
• Valid PEC registration certificate.
• NTN and GST registration certificates.
• List of owned/leased equipment.
• CVs of key technical/site staff.
• No litigation/blocklisting affidavit.
• Evidence of similar completed or running projects; audited financial statements for the last 3 years.

Submission instructions: Sealed EOIs with supporting documents must reach the DHA Gujranwala office within fifteen (15) days of this publication. Incomplete EOIs or those received after the deadline will not be entertained. Only shortlisted firms will be invited to participate in the bidding process. This EOI does not warrant award of any contract; DHA Gujranwala reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
