Tender: Supply of Furniture & Fixtures for Darbar Hall, Punjab Civil Secretariat Lahore (FY 2026-27)

Government of the Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD) invites online e-bids from eligible manufacturers, firms, companies and sole proprietors registered with relevant authorities for the provision of furniture for the waiting area of the Darbar Hall, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore for Financial Year 2026-27. Bidding will follow Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure via the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS).

Eligibility & Bid Security: Bidders must be engaged in manufacturing/supplying furniture & fixtures and duly registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. All e-bids must be accompanied by a bid security of the estimated price in the name of "Section Officer (Welfare-I), S&GAD" in the form of CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order. Late e-bids will be rejected.

Original bid security instrument must be submitted online before the conclusion of the bid opening session. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline; submission on EPADS is the sole responsibility of the bidder.
