NHA RFP No. 6(683): Hiring Structural Expert for Design & Review of Bridge Structures

The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites proposals for consultancy services to hire a Structural Expert for design and review of bridge structures under RFP No. 6(683). Reputable consultants with valid registration, enlistment in concerned departments and Active Taxpayers List status may apply.

RFP documents are available free from NHA's website (www.nha.gov.pk) or can be purchased from the Office of the General Manager (P&CA), NHA Islamabad for a non-refundable fee of Rs.1,000. A pre-proposal conference will be held on 2026-07-09 at 1100 hours. Proposals must follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure and reach the Office of the General Manager (P&CA), NHA by 2026-07-28 11:30 hours; technical proposals will be opened the same day at 12:00.
