Punjab PIU Tender: Hiring Vehicles on Rental Basis for Official Use (Lahore)

Issuing Agency: Program Implementation Unit (PIU), Capacity Building for Nursing and Allied Health Professionals (CBN&HP), Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab.

Purpose: Invitation for e-bids from eligible and experienced vehicle rental firms/companies/sole proprietors (duly registered with relevant tax authorities and holding valid NTN, Punjab Revenue Authority registration and Punjab Sales Tax registration) for provision of vehicles on rental basis for official use within Lahore (without driver) for a period of one (01) year, and for official travel outside Lahore (with driver) as and when required.

How to apply: Submit bids online only via the Punjab e-Procurement Portal (EP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must register on the EP system prior to submission.

• Bid opening: 2026-09-18 at 11:30 AM (through EP system; bidders may attend).

Procurement notes:

• Single-stage single-envelope bidding procedure will be adopted as per the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended).
• Contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated substantially responsive bid (Least Cost Selection) for the complete package for the contract period.
• Bid security (equivalent to up to 5% of estimated cost) must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the manner prescribed by the EP system.
• Bidders should submit all requisite documents as mentioned in the bidding documents; incomplete bids or hard copies will not be entertained.
