Punjab Healthcare Commission Tender for Security Services Framework Contract (Tender No. 3/2026-27)

Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) invites sealed bids/proposals for the procurement of security services through a framework contract for the PHC Head Office (Lahore) and regional offices at Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sargodha and any new office established during the contract period.

Eligibility & Requirements: Eligible service providers/companies/bidders must be registered and licensed to provide security services, registered with relevant tax and registration authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax or Punjab Sales Tax as applicable) and licensed by the Home Department. Bidders must comply with registration and PSID requirements of the Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA directions.

Bid Security & Submission: Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price (Rs. 826,800) must be submitted/transferred online against the PSID generated by the Punjab e-Procurement System. All bids must be submitted online only through the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before the stated deadline. Late bids will not be accepted.

Document Availability & Information: Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab Healthcare Commission website (www.phc.org.pk), PPRA and the Punjab e-Procurement System. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Punjab Healthcare Commission between 2026-09-06 and 2026-09-21, 09:00 to 17:00 hours.

Other Conditions: Bids will be opened online on the same day at 14:30 hours through the Punjab e-Procurement System in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity is 120 days. The PHC will not be responsible for costs incurred by bidders in preparation or delivery of bids. In case of an official holiday on the day of submission, the next working day will be treated as closing date.
