Punjab Civil Secretariat Lahore Tender: Supply of Furniture & Fixtures for Darbar Hall Waiting Area (FY 2026-27)

Issuer: Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD), Government of the Punjab. Purpose: Procurement of furniture and fixtures for the waiting area of the Darbar Hall, Punjab Civil Secretariat, Lahore for Financial Year 2026-27.

Eligibility: Eligible manufacturers, firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in manufacture and supply of furniture & fixtures, duly registered with relevant registration and tax authorities. Bids are invited under the Single Stage Two-Envelope Bidding Procedure.

Bid Security: All e-bids must be accompanied by bid security of the estimated price as mentioned above in the name of "Section Officer Welfare-I, S&GAD" in the form of CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order. Late bids will be rejected.

Submission Method: Complete e-bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System (E-PADS) website: https://epp.punjab.gov.pk. Original Bid Security instrument must be submitted online before the conclusion of the bid opening session. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the submission deadline; timely upload on E-PADS is the bidder's responsibility.
