AJK BISE Mirpur Tender — Supply of Stationery, Toner & Printing Consumables (Bid Deadline 2026-09-22)

Azad Jammu & Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (AJK BISE), Sector F/3 Mirpur invites sealed bids under Single Stage – Single Envelope Procedure from registered firms, dealers, resellers, authorized partners and IT firms in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2017 for supply of various items/services as separate lots.

Submission deadline: sealed bids must be submitted to the Secretary, AJK BISE before 11:30 AM on 2026-09-22. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives.

Bid documents (complete lot set or separate lot set) are available on written application to the Secretary, AJK BISE upon payment of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) per set via AJK BISE Online Challan, 1Bill Invoice, other bank mobile apps, JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Mobile App / HBL Konnect. Payment proof must accompany the application.

Bidders must submit Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of the specified amount issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the Secretary, Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Mirpur. CDR must be valid for a minimum of 120 days from the date of bid opening. Detailed specifications, terms and conditions are provided in the bidding documents. No tender documents will be issued on the date of opening.

An affidavit confirming the firm/contractor is not blacklisted by any Ministry/Division/Department/Organization of the Government is mandatory. Tender notice is also available at www.ajkppra.gov.pk and www.ajkbise.net.
