Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) invites applications for the post of Assistant Director in the Prosecution & Civil Litigation Department. The appointment is contractual for a term of three (3) years, extendable based on organizational need and performance.

| Qualification | LL.B or LL.M from an HEC-recognized university. Applicant must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court for at least 1 year with active practice. Preference given to candidates who have completed the Bar at Law qualification after LL.B or have obtained an LL.M and proven experience in regulatory bodies, companies and corporate litigation & practice. |
| Experience | Minimum 3 years' relevant post-qualification experience in corporate-related litigation and prosecution, including at least 1 year experience as an Advocate of the High Court. |
| Age Limit | Maximum age 35 years as on closing date. Candidates with at least 3 years of work experience with a regulator will be given age relaxation of 5 years. |
| Tenure & Terms | Contractual appointment for three (3) years, extendable. Selection will be based on multi-stage evaluation. SECP reserves the right to cancel the process at any stage. |
