Punjab Healthcare Commission Tender for Security Services (e-Procurement) – Closing 22 Sep 2026

Issuer: Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC). PHC invites online bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for procurement of security services (through a framework contract) for the PHC Head Office, Lahore and regional offices (Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sargodha and any new offices established during the contract period). Eligible bidders must be registered service providers/companies dealing in security services and registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax or Punjab Sales Tax etc.) and licensed from home department.

Key instructions:

- Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before the deadline above. Late bids will not be accepted by the online system.

- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted/transferred online against the PSID generated by the Punjab e-procurement System as directed by PPRA.

- Interested eligible bidders may obtain additional information and bidding documents from the Punjab Healthcare Commission between 2026-09-06 and 2026-09-21 (09:00 to 17:00). Bidding documents are also downloadable from PHC and Punjab procurement websites.

- Bid validity: 120 days. If the last day of submission is a public holiday, the next working day will be treated as closing date.
