Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi invites electronic bids (E‑Bids) from registered, technically and financially competent firms for the Service & Maintenance Contract of ICU ventilators. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities, possess technical, financial and managerial capabilities, and be active taxpayers (Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax where applicable).
Bidding will be conducted under PPRA/Provincial Procurement rules using the E‑Procurement Punjab portal. Bidders must submit a Technical Offer and a Financial Offer (inclusive of all taxes) in accordance with the E‑Bidding Document. Two‑envelope procedure and other conditions are as per the bidding document.
