| Qualification | LL.B or LL.M from an HEC-recognized university. Applicant must be enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court and in active practice for at least 1 year. |
| Preferred Qualification | Bar-at-Law after LL.B or an LL.M degree with proven experience in regulatory bodies, companies and corporate litigation & practice. |
| Experience | Minimum 3 years' relevant post-qualification experience in corporate-related litigation and prosecution, including at least 1 year as an Advocate of the High Court. |
| Age Limit | Maximum 35 years on closing date. Additional 5-year relaxation for candidates with at least 3 years' experience with a regulator. |
| Appointment Terms | Contractual basis for a term of three (3) years, extendable on organizational need and performance. Possible regularization after completion of three years subject to criteria. |
| Eligibility Encouraged From | Female candidates, minorities, persons with disabilities, and candidates from Balochistan, former FATA, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir. |
