Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd, Cabinet Division (Govt. of Pakistan) invites bids (Corrigendum) for supply of various imported and local printing papers and plates for PCP Press, University Road, Karachi. Eligible bidders are manufacturers and General Order Suppliers registered and listed on the FBR Active Taxpayers List.

Submission & bidding conditions:

• Bids/offers must be submitted electronically through ePADS 2.0 by manufacturers and General Order Suppliers on the FBR Active Taxpayers List.
• Hard copies of bids must also reach the undersigned by the given date and time.
• Earnest money / security is required with bids; bids without earnest money / security will be disqualified.
• Two (02) sample sets of each offered paper/card (full size) must be submitted with the bid, securely packed as per tender instructions.
• Bidders may bid for one or more items/quantities; supplies will be accepted according to choice and capacity.
• Bid validity period: 90 days.
• Bid opening will be on the same day at 14:30 hrs; hard copies must reach by the closing time.
• Purchasing quantities may be increased or decreased as per requirements and availability of funds. The Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
