Issuer: Printing Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd., Head Office, Khayaban-e-Suhrawardy (Cabinet Division), Islamabad. Invitation to bid (corrigendum) for supply of papers, boards and P.S. plates for PCP Press, University Road, Karachi.

How to apply / submit bids

Bids must be uploaded through the ePADS 2.0 portal. A hard copy of the bid must also reach the undersigned by the bid closing date and time. Bids must be accompanied by the required Earnest Money / Security as specified in the tender documents. Bids without the required security will be rejected.

Samples & payment instruments

At least two (02) full-size sample sheets of each offered paper/card must be submitted online with the bid. A hard copy of samples, together with the bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker’s Cheque, Demand Draft or Call Deposit Receipt, must reach the Office of Manager (P&D), Printing Corporation of Pakistan, Head Office, Khayaban-e-Suhrawardy, G-7/4, Islamabad on or before the tender due date and time.

Participation & quantities

Bidders may offer for full quantities or for one or more individual items according to their capacity. The purchaser may increase or decrease quantities according to requirements and availability of funds.

Right to reject

The Corporation reserves the right to cancel or reject any or all tenders in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
