ISMO Invitation for e-Bids: Procurement of Headhunting Services (Open Framework Contract)

Independent System & Market Operator (Guarantee) Limited (ISMO) invites e-bids through PPRA's e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for non-consultancy services: procurement of headhunting services under an open framework contract.

Interested bidders must be registered suppliers on EPADS to participate. Bidders may register and submit bids electronically via EPADS: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. E-bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, procurement method, submission procedure, bid securing declaration, bid validity, opening of bids, evaluation criteria and other relevant details are available on EPADS and can also be downloaded from ISMO website: https://www.ismo.gov.pk/ and PPRA: http://www.ppra.org.pk/.

Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the ISMO committee room (if the bid opening falls on a public holiday the bids shall be opened on the next working day).
