Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF), Wah Cantt invites applications from reputable transporters and goods forwarding agencies for pre-qualification to participate in a closed framework agreement for Year 2026-27 (Ref: #4145-6612-CC-2026-27).
Required capabilities (selection criteria):

| • | Resources and experience for loading/unloading at sea ports in Karachi. |
| • | Capability to transport defence stores on time from Sea Port Karachi / Keamari / Sonmiani to Wah, Sanjwal & Havelian Cantts. |
| • | Capability to transport defence stores on time from Wah, Sanjwal & Havelian Cantts to other stations across Pakistan. |
