| Important Procurement Note | In line with Federal Government policy, M/s NLC holds a First Right of Refusal for these transportation services. The lowest evaluated responsive rate discovered through competitive bidding will be offered to M/s NLC to match; if accepted, the contract will be awarded to NLC, otherwise to the next lowest evaluated responsive bidder. |
