Tender: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Sound Amplification, Electronic Timing Devices & DG Sets — Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad

Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination), Islamabad. PSB invites bids through EPADS from contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (relevant codes/categories) valid up to 2027-06-30 for the project below.

How to apply: Download and upload bidding documents via the federal e-procurement portal (http://eprocure.gov.pk). Tender notice is also available on PSB website (www.sports.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Applications must be submitted through EPADS with complete technical and financial proposals. Manual/physical submissions are not accepted.

Key requirements and conditions:

1. Firms must meet evaluation criteria in the bidding documents and be registered with PEC in the specified category (valid to 2027-06-30).

2. Provide proof/details of National Tax Number (NTN) and firm on ATL.

3. Submit an affidavit on judicial stamp paper (notarized) stating the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.

4. Bid security/earnest money (as above) must be submitted as bank draft/pay order/CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal; the original must reach the office before closing date/time.

5. Submit one hard copy of the technical proposal (excluding financial proposal) as uploaded on EPADS. In case of discrepancies, the downloaded/EPADS documents will prevail.

6. The competent authority reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of PPRA Rules, 2004. Bidders are advised to visit the site to understand field conditions.
