Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Sound Amplification, PA System and Electronic Timing Devices at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination) invites bids through ePAQS/eprocure for the supply, installation, testing & commissioning of sound amplification system, public address (PA) system, electronic timing devices and DG sets at various facilities of Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

Key submission & eligibility requirements:

- Bidders must upload/submit bids through EPADs/eprocure as per instructions and follow rule 33 of PPRA Rules, 2004.

- Provide proof/details of National Tax Number (NTN) and ATL registration.

- Affidavit on judicial stamp paper duly notarized confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any government or autonomous body.

- Bid security/earnest money must be submitted in the form of bank draft/pay order/CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad; a scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal.

- One copy of only the technical proposal (no financial proposal) in hard form as uploaded on EPADs should be submitted. In case of discrepancy, the information on downloaded proposals shall prevail.

- Incomplete proposals or proposals received after the deadline will be rejected. Bidders are advised to visit the site for better understanding of field conditions.
