Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute (GIK) invites sealed bids under the Single-Stage, One-Envelope procedure for hiring/outsourcing transport services on a rental basis for two (02) buses to carry students between GIK Institute, Topi and Islamabad/Rawalpindi. Eligible bidders must be Income Tax and GST registered transport companies listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL).
Bid documents are available at www.giki.edu.pk or from GIK Admin Block, Room F.09. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3,000 and 2% earnest money (refundable) on the total bid cost must accompany sealed bids submitted by 15:00 on 2026-07-24; proposals will be opened at 15:30 the same day.
