- Firms/companies (including JV participants) must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with the relevant specialized codes and have registration valid/renewed (as specified in bidding documents).
- Bidders must be active taxpayers (NTN/GST) and meet financial capacity criteria and experience requirements as detailed in the bidding documents. Required bid security/tender cost (CDR/Pay Order/Bank Guarantee) prepared from the firm account in favor of Chief Executive Officer IESCO must be uploaded on EPADs and original instrument submitted to the office before bid opening.
