Issuer: Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), Custom House, Islamabad. Tender No. 03/2026-27 for procurement of stationery, computer stationery, general order/miscellaneous goods and uniform items through a Closed Framework Agreement (FY 2026-27).
Procurement method: Closed Framework Agreement (Rule 16A) through Open Competitive Bidding — Single Stage, One Envelope. Framework validity: 2026-07-01 to 2027-06-30. Procurement is lot-wise; each lot (Lot-1 to Lot-4) will be evaluated and awarded independently. Bidders may quote for one, several, or all lots. Partial/split award within a single lot will not be permitted.

Bid submission: Electronically ONLY through EPADS 2.0. Manual/physical bids will not be entertained. Bid submission deadline: 12:00 PM on 2026-10-12. Bid opening: 12:30 PM on 2026-10-12 electronically via EPADS 2.0 at the Office of the Chief Collector Customs (Airports), 4th Floor, Custom House, Islamabad.
Delivery: Within 15 days of issuance of each Call-Off/Purchase Order, unless otherwise specified in bidding documents.
Eligibility & requirements: Registered firms/suppliers with valid NTN and STRN/GST (as applicable) meeting qualification criteria in the bidding documents; not blacklisted or debarred. Detailed bidding documents, lot-wise specifications, schedule of requirements, bid security amounts, terms & conditions and instructions are available on EPADS 2.0, PPRA website and FBR website.
Other important points: Prices quoted shall remain valid and fixed for the framework term. Quantities are indicative and final supply is against Call-Off/Purchase Orders. Procuring agency reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules. A Grievance Redressal Committee is available under Rule 48 via EPADS 2.0.
