- Submission deadline: 2026-09-17 at 15:00 hrs. Tender opening: 2026-09-17 at 15:30 hrs.
- Bidding documents, detailed specifications and terms & conditions are available on the GIK website (www.giki.edu.pk) and PPRA EPADS V2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk).
- Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS V2.0 before the closing date and time.
- Eligibility: Bidders must be manufacturers or their authorized distributors/dealers/suppliers, registered with EPADS V2.0, registered with relevant tax authorities and appearing on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
- A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- is required. Bid security/earnest money is required as specified on EPADS V2.0.
- Scanned copies of instruments/documents shall be uploaded on EPADS V2.0; original instruments must reach the Procurement Department before the tender closing time.
- GIK Institute reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the procurement process in accordance with applicable PPRA Rules.
