This public notice, issued by Abid Parvez Malik through Roheila, Christina and Kiani Associates, Advocates, Corporate Consultants and Legal Advisors, Islamabad, advises that the property identified as Plot No. 8, 126/2-G, Islamabad, subject to an agreement with Mr. Ali Raza, has not been fully paid for and the sale has not been completed despite possession and a payment dispute.

The public is warned that Mr. Ali Raza is reportedly using the property commercially and attempting to sell or lease it without completing payment. Do not enter into any purchase, sale or lease with Mr. Ali Raza or any other person concerning this property, as such transactions will not create legal rights and will be at the parties' own risk.
