Final Show Cause Notice to Junior Clerk Sani Asnain Zahid — Reply Within 14 Days

Government of Sindh — Services, General Administration & Coordination Department has issued a final show cause notice to Sani Asnain Zahid, Junior Clerk (BPS-11) posted at the Finance Department and resident of Plot No. 34C, Flat No. 302, Muhallah Khayaban-e-Rahat, Commercial Phase DHA, District South, Karachi. The notice states that a previous show cause dated 13.01.2026 received no response and proposes imposition of a major penalty under Rule-4(1)(b) of the Sindh Civil Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 1973.

The recipient is required to submit a written reply within fourteen (14) days of receipt of this notice explaining why the penalty should not be imposed. The individual may also indicate whether they wish to be heard in person. Issued by the Chief Secretary, Sindh (Competent Authority).
