GIK Institute invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure from manufacturers or their authorized distributors/dealers/suppliers for supply, installation, testing, commissioning and training of lab equipment on an F.O.R. basis. Bidders must be registered with EPADS V2.0, relevant tax authorities and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

How to obtain documents & submit bids: Bidding documents with detailed specifications and terms & conditions are available on the GIKI website (www.giki.edu.pk) and PPRA EPADS V2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS V2.0 before the closing date and time. Scanned copies of instruments shall be uploaded on EPADS V2.0 while original instruments must reach the Procurement Department before the tender closing time.

Fees & Security: Non-refundable tender fee: Rs. 3,000/-. Bid security/earnest money as specified in EPADS V2.0 is required.
