Open Tender Notice 73/2026 – Supply of Miscellaneous Gases (Single-Stage, One-Envelope)

Head Procurement, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad invites sealed tenders (FOR, Islamabad) from reputed manufacturers and stockists registered with Sales Tax Department for supply of Miscellaneous Gases. Tender documents, terms and specifications are available from the issuing office on written request and on payment of the tender fee by bank draft/pay order.

How to obtain and submit documents:

- Request tender documents in writing on company letterhead and attach the bank draft/pay order for the tender fee addressed to Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad. Tender fee in cash will not be accepted.

- Tender/quotation must be accompanied by the specified earnest money in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box No. 1482, Islamabad.

- The original bank draft must be received in the issuing office one day before the tender opening date. Last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before the opening date.

Important conditions:

- Tenders received after the specified receiving time/date will not be entertained.

- Tenders must be valid for 60 days from the date of opening.

- Tenders containing cutting or overwriting will be rejected.

- Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations at any stage.
