Invitation for Bids: Hiring of Firm/Workshop for Fleet Maintenance & Repair Services – Rawalpindi Waste Management Company

Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed bids from eligible firms/workshops for hiring of firms/workshops to provide fleet maintenance and repair services for RWMC in accordance with PPRA rules and PPR-14. Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites. Submission and opening of bids will be conducted online through EPADS (ep.punjab.gov.pk).

Bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped and in full conformity with the bidding documents. Bids shall be submitted online via the EPADS portal (ep.punjab.gov.pk). Online opening of Technical Bids will be conducted on the same day through EPADS in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. The bidder is responsible for submission on the EPADS portal.

Bidding documents may be downloaded free of charge from the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and EPADS website (ep.punjab.gov.pk). The procurement will be conducted under PPRA rules as amended and the e-Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under rule 38(2-a) of PPR-14.
