Punjab Building Department e-Tender – Maintenance & Repair of Colony Behind CPO Office Rawalpindi (2026)

Issuing Authority: Punjab Building Department, Buildings Division No. 2, Rawalpindi (Buildings Circle No. 1, Rawalpindi). e-Tenders are invited from eligible / registered Engineering Firms / Contractors on item rates based on Punjab Procurement Rules and the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Key submission and eligibility notes:

- All firms/contractors must be registered with PEC in the relevant category and valid PEC license must be produced. Contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and comply with e-Procurement procedures.

- Bid security of 5% (of quoted/total bid cost) must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Physical Bid Security instruments (CDR, call deposit, etc.) or manual bids will not be accepted.

- Tender documents, required details, terms and conditions and other registration requirements are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. - Successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Guarantee (10% of contract amount) in the form and timeframe prescribed by the e-Procurement rules; failure or non-compliance may lead to cancellation and forfeiture of bid security.

- All bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System only. Manual/physical submission of bids will not be accepted.
