Issuer: Secretary Revenue, Board of Revenue, Punjab.
Purpose: Outsourcing/provisioning of contract staff for Board of Revenue, Punjab under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
Submission method: Technical and financial bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Two-envelope bidding procedure; technical and financial bids to be submitted separately. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 hours. Tender documents available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal. The procuring agency may reject all bids or proposals as per PPRA Rules, 2014.
Mandatory requirements: Firms must be registered with EOBI, PESSI and other relevant government institutions and submit valid registration certificates/documents with their bids. Firms failing to meet mandatory eligibility requirements will be disqualified. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost is required for each lot.
