Federal Employees Benevolent & Group Insurance Fund (FEB&GIF) invites e-bids for the procurement of non-consultancy services for FY 2026-27 for the outsourcing of general non-core services and support staff (Ref: P/108964).
Procurement will follow the Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure under the Principal Method of Procurement (i.e., open competitive bidding) using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bidders must follow Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and the Authority’s procurement guidelines.
