E‑Tender: Municipal Committee Ladhe Wala Warraich — Sewerage & Street Works (3 Packages)

Issuer: Administrator, Municipal Committee Ladhe Wala Warraich, Gujranwala.

Purpose: Sealed electronic tenders are invited from registered contractors on the Punjab E‑Procurement System (E‑PADS) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/class for execution of budgeted works for FY 2026‑27. Tenders must be downloaded and uploaded/submitted online through the Punjab E‑Procurement System (E‑PADS).

Eligibility & key conditions: Contractors must be registered on E‑PADS and with PEC in the relevant category/class. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Selection will be on least cost basis. Bidders offering more than 4.99% below the estimated cost must deposit additional performance security as per PPR/Works Rules 2017 within the stipulated period; failure will result in forfeiture. Bid security and other requirements must be submitted/uploaded through the E‑PADS system. The tender notice is also available on PPRA and E‑PADS websites.

Submission & opening: All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E‑Procurement System. Online submission deadline: 2026-09-24 at 02:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives before the Tendering Committee.
