Issuer: Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Bahawalnagar. Purpose: Procurement of medicines, surgical disposable items, SSP medicines, pathology & lab items, dialysis & X-ray films & chemicals, general store & dental materials, dialysis RO plant maintenance, printing & stationery, surgical instruments, and Electric/IT items under a framework contract for FY 2026–27.
Eligible bidders: Firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order suppliers/JVs registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.). Bids will be received on a single-stage two-envelope basis via the Punjab e-procurement system (eP).

Submission details: Bids must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-procurement system (eP) on or before 2026-10-12 by 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives.
Bid security: 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order as per PPRA policy. Bid validity: 120 days. Purchase office working hours: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM for obtaining bidding documents and additional information.
